Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Chula Vista for the price. The jacuzzi got a lot of use! The room/ bedrooms were fairly clean but noted thick cobwebs / dust on the ceiling and did lack basic kitchen items. There were a few things that the overall hotel resort could improve on. There was not near enough parking for guests, only one elevator was working through the duration of our stay and took an extreme amount of time to arrive on multiple occasions. The “wave pool” was more of a kiddy pool and the 4’6” bigger kid pool closed at 7pm, which seemed quite early for a resort in the summer.
We booked this condo last-minute when our VRBO unexpectedly cancelled 😱 The space was extremely roomy and comfortable for our family and had a beautiful view of the river and fall foliage. Check-in was simple, and location was super-convenient.
Our stay was good! The unit is very spacious. The view is great and we loved the kitchen. The Waterpark is close as well as many restaurants. The only downside (not of the unit itself) is that September is off-season and many resort amenities are not available. We were first timers in the Dells so we didn't find out until we were there.
