IImportant Information:

◆ The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and complete the required pre-arrival form within 24 hours of booking via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty. This form is required to confirm the reservation, complete guest verification, and receive check-in details.
◆ A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification and property access. Failure to provide accurate information or valid identification may result in cancellation in accordance with booking platform policies and PMI Northwoods rental terms.
◆ The booking includes property damage protection for accidental damage. Any damage not covered under the policy, or exceeding coverage limits, remains the responsibility of the guest.
◆ PMI Northwoods reserves the right to accept or decline reservations based on guest profile completion, verification status, prior reviews, and booking history. Registered guests only. No parties or events.

Dogs- Dogs welcome (case-by-case; pet fee applies). Please share details before booking- up to 2 dogs allowed. No dogs on beds or furniture. Pick up after your pet. ($250.00 pet fee)

Guests- Primary guest must be 25+. Registered guests only. No parties or events.

Quiet Hours- 10 PM – 7 AM to respect neighbors and the peaceful lake setting.

Smoking- No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking outside only.

Fire Pit- Use only in the designated fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended.

Lake & Beach- Swim at your own risk. Sunset Lake is non-motorized only. Please return kayaks/paddleboards when finished.

Fireworks- Not allowed due to community rules.
